Site Manager
Location: Monaca, PA, 15061

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our plastic manufacturing facility in Monaca, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the site's operations, including production, quality control, safety, and personnel management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and train a team of production workers and supervisors
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Manage inventory and procurement of raw materials and supplies
- Prepare and analyze production reports and financial statements
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and profitability
Requirements:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
